Pay for a prepared StableMerch draft and send its existing Manual-approval Printify order to production. Requires draft status order_ready.

Validates the shipping destination; returns 400 with INVALID_ADDRESS or ADDRESS_CORRECTION_REQUIRED when verification fails or normalizes the address, leaving the draft preview_ready for retry.
